OUR PURPOSE
IAEP 799 exists to advocate for and support the EMS professionals who keep Fairview EMS running every day. We believe strong patient care starts with taking care of the people providing it, and we work to make sure employees have a real voice in decisions that affect staffing, scheduling, safety, training, working conditions, pay, and benefits. Local 799 is here to represent members, provide support when it's needed, and help build a workplace culture grounded in professionalism, accountability, fairness, and mutual respect. Through collaboration and collective action, we work to strengthen both our workforce and the EMS system we serve.
International Association of EMTsand Paramedics (IAEP) Local 799
In addition to representing members, the local also negotiates the contract between Fairview and the membership, works closely with the management team to address operational or administrative issues and concerns, and promote the health and growth of the members and local as a whole.
